Jeremy Hof is the Founder / Owner and President of Org Talent Culture, LLC. Prior to starting Org Talent Culture, Jeremy was a Senior Director within KPMG's Strategy practice where he helped his clients solve human capital challenges that arise from M&A or Business Transformation efforts. In addition to serving as a leader of HR Integrations, Jeremy managed and led a large team of professionals to address clients' Organizational Design, Talent Assessment and Management, and Culture assimilation / transformation challenges. Jeremy has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
